Overview

Project Manager needed for a high-rise apartment project in Brisbane for a state-of-the-art development. A family-owned and operated company with strong ethical standards and a committed focus on client satisfaction. They are a specialist in the delivery of high-rise construction projects including hotels, office buildings and high-rise apartments. Long-term relationships with subcontractors and consultants are in place.

Qualifications

- Minimum of ten years' experience in the commercial construction sector (must have high-rise experience in Australia at project management level)
- Must be Degree or Trade Qualified (preferably in Carpentry or similar; extensive experience will also be considered)
- Must possess exceptional communication, interpersonal skills and strong leadership abilities
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to consistently drive construction programs while maintaining a safe and high-quality environment
- Must possess well-developed leadership skills and thrive in maintaining an effective, high-performing team workplace
