Spektrix Australia is seeking a Support & Implementation Consultant to help arts and entertainment clients get the most from Spektrix data and software. You will handle incoming client calls and emails, resolve issues, and guide onboarding from go-live.
You’ll also contribute to regional growth and support conferences and events. This role requires collaboration across teams, handling international time zones, and occasional travel around Australia and Current Zealand.
