You’ll be joining a collaborative team managing a smaller, high‑quality portfolio, with the opportunity to grow your responsibilities as the business continues to expand.

The Role: Depending on your level of experience, you’ll either support a Senior Strata Manager while developing your own portfolio or take ownership of an established portfolio with the support of an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with or manage a portfolio of residential and mixed‑use strata schemes.
- Build strong relationships with owners, committees, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Prepare for and attend AGM, EGM, and committee meetings.
- Provide guidance on strata legislation, governance, and compliance.




- Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and contractor management.
- Assist with budgets, insurance renewals, levy administration, and financial reporting.
- Respond to owner and committee enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records using modern strata management systems.

About You

- Previous experience in strata management as either an Assistant Strata Manager or Strata Manager.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Well organised with excellent time management.
- Customer‑focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Knowledge of strata legislation or a willingness to continue developing your expertise.
- Current Strata Management Licence or working towards obtaining one (desirable).
