We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Trade Assistants to join our clients' busy workshop and manufacturing operations across Sydney. Key Responsibilities

Assembly & Production

- Assemble mechanical and electrical components using technical drawings and work instructions.
- Ensure products are built to specification and meet quality standards.

Tool Operation

- Safely operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment.
- Perform basic measurements and adjustments using workshop tools.

Trade Support

- Assist qualified tradespeople including boilermakers, electricians, and mechanical fitters.
- Handle materials, prepare work areas, and support daily workshop operations.

Quality & Safety

- Conduct quality checks on completed assemblies and components.




- Maintain a clean and organised workspace while adhering to all workplace health and safety requirements.

Skills & Experience

- Minimum 12 months' experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, trades assistance, or warehousing.
- Confident using hand and power tools such as drills, grinders, spanners, and measuring equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret basic mechanical drawings, blueprints, or schematics.
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting and standing throughout shifts.
- Robust reliability, punctuality, and work ethic.
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
