The Opportunity

As we prepare to open the doors to the highly anticipated Sharks Leagues, we're looking for passionate and energetic Club Attendants to create an exceptional experience for every member and guest.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, this is a hands-on, customer-facing role where no two days are the same. You'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of club operations, delivering warm, genuine service and ensuring every interaction reflects the premium experience our Club is known for.

Whether you're welcoming members at reception, serving food and beverages, supporting with special events or assisting guests in our gaming room, you'll play an important role in bringing our new destination to life.

What You'll Bring

- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or reception roles
- A current RSA & RCG certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to high standards of service and presentation
- High level computer literacy skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
