Job Description

The Role Reporting to the Business Unit Manager and the Head of Brand, you will be the hands-on engine room of our marketing function, working across all three equipment categories at once. This is an on-site role at our Deception Bay headquarters, not remote or hybrid.

Your Responsibilities

- Develop and help implement marketing plans and campaigns across our fuel storage, pavement and painting and decorating ranges.
- Produce written, image and short-form video content for products across the full range.
- Build, schedule and report on email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo.
- Assist with the build, monitoring and optimisation of Meta and Google paid campaigns, including pixel-based audiences and conversion tracking.
- Plan and maintain the social media content calendar across our channels.
- Coordinate influencer and partnership outreach, briefs and deliverables with trade-relevant creators and brand partners.
- Manage product content, collections, merchandising and on-site accuracy across our Shopify stores.
- Analyse campaign and market data and report on performance to guide ongoing activity.

Essential Criteria

To be successful you must be able to demonstrate each of the following.

- Minimum two years of marketing experience, ideally in a trade, industrial or technical-product environment,



with product knowledge across one or more of fuel storage and dispensing, pavement and line-marking equipment or painting and decorating equipment.

Exposure across more than one of these ranges will be highly regarded.

- Advanced proficiency with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini for content development, research, workflow optimisation and campaign support.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Shopify, covering product, collection and content management on a live store.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Klaviyo, covering campaign builds, flows and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience implementing and using Meta Pixel for audience building and conversion tracking.
- Strong written English and the ability to produce trade-appropriate, segment-neutral copy.
- A relevant qualification in marketing, communications or business at diploma level or higher, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- Eligibility to work full-time, on-site in Deception Bay QLD.
