Who We’re Looking For

Part-Time, Casual

- Preference given to candidates with experience in Cellar Door, hospitality or fine dining
- WSET certification or strong wine knowledge is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest experience




- A passion for storytelling and engaging customers with wine knowledge
- Confident and articulate communication skills
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain high service standards
- Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and peak periods

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver an outstanding wine tasting experience, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable visit
- Provide personalized customer service, creating a warm and qualified atmosphere
- Convert visitors into Wine Club and Loyalty members
- Drive wine sales through tasting to purchase conversion
- Maintain the Cellar Door’s presentation, ensuring a clean and inviting space
- Assist with winery events, including VIP tastings, wine club functions, and weddings
- Support online sales operations, including packing and dispatching online orders to ensure timely deliveries
- Ensure compliance with WHS, RSA and food safety standards
