This exciting position will see you work closely with our lead sales agents while playing an integral role in delivering an exceptional experience for buyers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Supporting the lead agent throughout the sales process
- Prospecting and building relationships with potential clients
- Responding to buyer enquiries and maintaining regular communication
- Conducting buyer follow-up and providing feedback to vendors
- Assisting with open homes, private inspections and property launches
- Managing calendars, appointments and client meetings
- Preparing sales documentation, reports and marketing materials
- Maintaining accurate database records and client communications
- Coordinating sales campaigns to ensure activities are completed accurately and on time
- Assisting with appraisals, listing presentations and market research
- Ensuring every vendor and buyer experience reflects Belle Property’s brand values and service standards




- Supporting the wider team with a diverse range of sales and administrative duties

Qualifications

- Previous real estate or sales experience, preferred but not essential
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain one
- A reliable vehicle and current driver’s licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional phone manner and corporate presentation
- Robust organisational and time-management skills
- Confidence using computers, databases and digital platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and follow tasks through to completion
- A genuine interest in property and building a long-term real estate career

Please note that this position requires regular Saturday work.
