About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Pool Installer and Landscape Tradesperson to join our team.

If you have experience in landscaping, irrigation, or a related trade and are looking to diversify your skills, we'd love to hear from you. This full-time role offers the prospect to work across pool installations, landscaping, machinery operation, and outdoor construction, with ongoing training and career development.

Key Responsibilities





- Assist with full pool installation process including excavation, shell placement, concreting, and landscaping

- Operate machinery and drive Heavy Rigid Vehicles

- Help prepare job sites and ensure clean up after completion

- Load/unload tools, materials, and equipment

- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a positive team culture

- Work collaboratively with the crew and supervisors on multiple job sites

What We’re Looking For

- Keen to learn, with a strong work ethic

- Enjoys physical, outdoor work in varying conditions

- Experience with machinery is a bonus (not essential)

- Manual driver’s licence and HR Licence preferred

- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow direction

- Interest in construction, landscaping, or pool installation
