About the Role
As our Office & Operations Administrator, you'll be the heartbeat of our office, ensuring everything runs smoothly while supporting our Property Management team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
- Supporting the Property Management team with administration and compliance
- Answering phones and welcoming clients professionally
- Coordinating documentation, correspondence and digital workflows
- Maintaining accurate records across multiple systems
- Assisting with reporting, scheduling and general office support
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes
