Join the team at Golf Cars Australia Pty Ltd as a Parts Sales specialist. In this full-time role based in Helensvale, Queensland, you will be responsible for assisting customers with all their parts and accessories needs for golf carts and utility vehicles.

What you'll be doing

Provide exceptional customer service to a wide range of clients, both in-person and over the phone

Accurately identify the right parts and accessories for customer requirements

Process sales orders efficiently and ensure timely delivery of parts

Maintain detailed product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest industry developments

Assist with inventory management and stock control

Provide support and advice to the wider sales team as needed

What we’re looking for

Proven experience in a customer-facing parts or accessories sales role, ideally within the automotive or recreational vehicle industry

Strong product knowledge and the ability to quickly identify the right parts and accessories





Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service

Highly organised with solid attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively

A passion for the automotive and recreational vehicle industry
