MC Heavy Vehicle Operator | Join Our Brisbane Operations

We're looking for experienced MC Drivers to join our Brisbane team at ECS Project Logistics. This full-time position involves:

Safe and timely freight delivery

Loading/unloading and truck upkeep

Accurate recordkeeping and compliance

What We're Looking For:

Fatigue Management and Chain of Responsibility - certification preferred, but not mandatory - training can be provided.

Experience - Solid background in long-distance operations.

Flexibility and Reliability - Able to respond to short-notice travel, stay cool under pressure, and maintain a "fit for work" approach.

Attention to Detail - Capable of accurate recordkeeping and load measurement.

General Responsibilities:

Maintain legally required documentation, such as National Heavy Vehicle Work Diary (Logbook) or Electronic Work Diary (EWD) equivalent.

Position and secure loaded freight in accordance with 'Load Restraint Guide' and best practice guidelines.

Maintain vehicle checklists (prestart/post operation) as directed.

Ensure regulatory compliance with main roads authorities, councils, clients, WAHVA and the NHVR





Assist with basic equipment maintenance when required.

Assist with implementation of in office safety requirements.

Attend and take part in client site specific inductions as directed.

Follow processes, procedures, forms and other documentation relevant to the IMS.

Report non-conformances, changes or any customer complaints per the IMS procedure.

Meet client operational requirements and safety requirements.

Follow Chain of Responsibility (CoR) rules and regulations.
