About the Role

As a Manager in Training, you’ll work alongside your Store Manager to coach and lead a sales team while delivering exceptional in-store experiences. You’ll be hands‑on in day‑to‑day operations, driving KPIs, and helping create a vibrant, high‑performing team culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Supporting the Store Manager with team leadership, coaching, and performance
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences through storytelling and product expertise
- Achieving personal sales targets while guiding the team to meet store goals
- Championing our brand through impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation
- Contributing to stock control, cash handling, rostering, compliance and store audits
- Creating a secure, inclusive,



and inspiring workplace for your team and customers
- Leading by example in customer service, professionalism, and personal presentation

What We’re Looking For

You’re passionate about people, performance, and jewellery. You lead from the front, thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment, and know how to inspire a team.

- 1–3 years of retail, sales or customer service experience
- Experience in a team leadership, supervisory or mentoring capacity
- A love of coaching others to succeed
- A flair for storytelling and building genuine customer connections
- Ability to work within a 7‑day roster including weekends and late trade
- A strong sense of accountability, professionalism, and personal pride
