About you

Having a spark for electronics will enhance the customer experience based on our products.
Your responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and product solutions to customers
- Ongoing merchandising of the store to ensure product availability for customers
- Ensure stock is unpacked and maintaining stock reserve standards
- General housekeeping duties to offer customers a positive store experience
- Working cooperatively with other team members to enhance the customer experience
- In conjunction with the Store Manager provide a secure working environment for the team and customers
Experience required:
- High standards of customer service delivery
- Previous retail experience favourable, we do provide on the job training
- An electronics enthusiast - from tinkerer to hobbyist or just tech savvy
