- Conduct clinical audits and support accreditation readiness

About You You are a supportive, organised and accountable leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and developing high-performing clinical teams. You will also bring:

- Previous experience as a Care Manager, Clinical Manager or equivalent leadership role within residential aged care
- Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
- Experience leading clinical teams within Australian residential aged care
- Confidence managing clinical governance, audits and compliance
- Strong understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
