Our client is seeking motivated team members to join their busy Northgate recycling yard. If you’re an experienced machine operator, operating excavator and front-end loaders and looking to learn new skills, we’d love to hear from you.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 am - 4:00 pm, overtime paid accordingly
Duties:
Operate excavators, front-end loaders and/or material handlers
Load and unload trucks, skip bins and trailers
Process, sort and grade recyclable metals
Assist with dismantling and preparing materials for recycling
Maintain a safe, clean and organised work workplace
Follow all company policies and safety procedures
You will need experience:
Operating excavators
If you're mechanically minded, hold relevant tickets, and are eager to learn - comprehensive training can be provided. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long‑term career operating heavy machinery.
