We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, has excellent communication skills and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Previous real estate experience is preferred; however, we are happy to provide training to the right person who has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Qualifications & Experience
The successful candidate will have:
- Current QLD Registration Certificate
- Previous experience in real estate or property management is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right person with a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work proactively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional approach
- Experience with PropertyMe, IRE, Realworks, RP Data, Realworks and Google Workspace is preferred
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections
- Complete entry and exit condition inspections and prepare reports
- Process rental applications
- Create and issue lease agreements and entry notices
- Assist with maintenance coordination and property access
- Assist the Property Managers with daily tasks as required
- Liaise professionally with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining strong client relationships
