Automated Control Solutions (ACS) is a leading Mechanical and Electrical services company operating throughout Greater Western and South Western Sydney.
We provide maintenance, breakdown support, installations, and project services to some of Australia's leading Food & Beverage and Manufacturing companies. Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters to join our team on a full-time basis in the Projects team.
This is a varied and rewarding role involving new installations across a range of industrial sites.
Mechanical Fitter – Full Time

We provide maintenance, breakdown support, installations, and project services to some of Australia's leading Food & Beverage and Manufacturing companies. Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters to join our team on a full-time basis in the Projects team.
This is a varied and rewarding role involving new installations across a range of industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Work safely at all times and actively promote a safe workplace.
- Carry out preventative and breakdown maintenance on industrial equipment.
- Install, repair and replace mechanical equipment including:
- Conveyors
- Drive assemblies
- Bearings
- Gearboxes
- Pumps
- Valves
- Complete machinery installations and commissioning.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings where required.
- Complete work to a high standard while meeting customer expectations.
- Follow company policies, procedures and site safety requirements.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Mechanical Fitter trade qualification (Certificate III Engineering – Mechanical Trade or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in industrial maintenance or installation
- Strong mechanical fault-finding skills
- Experience working in manufacturing or food processing environments (highly regarded)
- Pneumatic and hydraulic experience (advantageous)
- Current White Card
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic
