The Opportunity

At Dundaloo Allied Health, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to thrive. We're looking for a passionate Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team and help children and families achieve meaningful outcomes through evidence-based, family-centred therapy.

About the Role

Working primarily with children aged 0–12 years, you'll provide assessment,



intervention and therapy services that support developmental, sensory, motor, self-care, play and social participation goals.

You’ll work across a variety of settings including:

- Our modern Allied Health clinic
- Homes
- Schools and early education settings
- Community environments

You’ll have the opportunity to:

- Deliver comprehensive paediatric occupational therapy assessments
- Develop individualised therapy programs
- Facilitate individual and group therapy
- Build capacity within families, carers and support networks
- Supervise students, early career clinicians, and allied health assistants ensuring the maintenance and adherence of professional, clinical, ethical and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary Allied Health team
- Participate in clinical supervision, peer review and professional development
- Contribute to creative, evidence-based practice

Essential Requirements

- A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Experience working with children with developmental delay and/or disability
- A passion for neuro-affirming, strengths-based and family-centred practice
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Current NSW Driver Licence
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check




- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to complete).

Experience working within the NDIS, Community Health or similar paediatric settings will be highly regarded.
