Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team, you'll deliver meaningful care, strengthen community connections and make a lasting difference in people's lives.

What your day could look like

As an Occupational Therapist, you'll play an important role in supporting people on their recovery journey. From delivering person-centred interventions to working closely with families, carers and clinical colleagues, you'll contribute to positive outcomes that improve wellbeing and help people engage more fully in everyday life.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

- Supporting consumers to achieve recovery goals that build independence, confidence and participation in daily life.
- Partnering with multidisciplinary teams, families and community services to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
- Using your clinical judgement to identify needs, guide interventions and achieve meaningful mental health outcomes.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance consumer experiences and strengthen service delivery.

Let's talk about you!

You're someone who combines clinical expertise with genuine compassion. You build trust through respectful relationships, communicate with confidence and bring a recovery-focused mindset to every interaction. You take pride in helping people overcome challenges, celebrate progress and create opportunities for better futures. Guided by compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage,

you're motivated by making a positive difference in the lives of individuals, families and communities.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

- Current registration as an Occupational Therapist with the relevant Australian registration authority.
- Experience delivering occupational therapy services, ideally within mental health or a related clinical environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- A commitment to evidence-informed practice, continuous learning and service improvement.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience supporting people with complex mental health needs and/or experience supervising students or early-career clinicians.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is passionate about recovery-focused care and committed to improving outcomes for people and communities.
