What your day could look like

As a Clinical Nurse - Clinical Informatician, you'll help connect clinical practice with digital solutions that enhance care delivery. Working closely with clinicians and multidisciplinary teams, you'll support improvements that create better experiences for patients and staff while strengthening healthcare outcomes across the region.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

- Supporting effective use of digital clinical systems to improve safety, quality and efficiency.
- Partnering with clinicians to solve problems, improve workflows and optimise digital tools.
- Delivering education and guidance that builds confidence and capability in digital health systems.
- Contributing to innovation, change initiatives and service improvements that enhance care delivery.

You're a nurse who enjoys improving how care is delivered and helping others embrace new ways of working. You combine clinical expertise with curiosity, collaboration and a commitment to positive change. You bring compassion to supporting colleagues, integrity in decision-making, dignity in every interaction, innovation in problem-solving and courage to lead improvement. You'll take pride in helping clinicians use technology to deliver better outcomes for the communities they serve.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:





- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Experience supporting clinical systems, digital initiatives or service improvement activities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems and support change.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have:

- Experience in clinical informatics, digital health or healthcare technology projects; and/or
- Postgraduate qualifications in nursing, informatics, digital health, education, administration or management.
