What your day could look like

As an Enrolled Nurse Advanced Skill, you'll help create safe experiences for patients at some of their most important moments. Working within a supportive and highly skilled team, you'll combine specialist clinical practice, teamwork and continuous learning to deliver care that improves lives across the Darling Downs.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

- Supporting safe, high-quality patient care throughout the perioperative journey, helping people feel confident and cared for.
- Applying specialist sterilisation and infection prevention expertise to ensure clinical environments remain safe and ready for care.
- Working closely with nurses and multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients and services.
- Sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues and contributing ideas that strengthen quality, safety and continuous improvement.

- Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the relevant professional authority.
- Experience in perioperative, procedural or sterilisation settings with a strong focus on patient safety.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have additional qualifications in sterilisation services, advanced nursing studies, or experience working across multiple perioperative specialties.
