Alto Castle Hill is seeking an experienced Business Manager to join our high-performing and growing team. The dealership presents plenty of opportunity with over 200 deliveries for month.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive F&I; performance across a multi-franchise environment

- Structure and maximise finance, insurance, and ancillary product penetration

- Ensure regulatory compliance and lender requirements are consistently met

- Build strong relationships with lenders and product partners

- Contribute strategically to the continued growth of the dealership

About You

- Proven experience in a Business Manager role (automotive essential)

- Strong knowledge of finance, insurance, and compliance frameworks

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, multi-brand environment

- Professional presentation and exceptional stakeholder management skills
