Our flagship product - Accentis Enterprise

Accentis Enterprise is a fully-integrated business management system that includes accounting and financials, customers and CRM, purchasing and inventory control, manufacturing, payroll/HR and other key business functions.

Our software is highly configurable and allows us to build solutions for customers within the software itself to enhance its standard functionality.

We invest a substantial amount into research and development to ensure that Accentis Enterprise continues to be a market leader.

About the position

We're looking for a trainer and implementation specialist to join our amazing team.

In this role, you will become an expert in many areas of our software application, and be able to assist a wide variety of clients in a range of industries both large and small.

This position will allow you to become deeply immersed in a commercial business software application, giving you skills and experience across all areas of business. You will also become deeply involved in the business operations and requirements of our customers, giving you valuable industry experience.

This role will involve:

- End user software training to new and existing clients

- Development and enhancement of training plans and delivery processes





- Management of software implementation plan and process for recent clients

- Client and end user liaison during and after software commissioning

You must have either experience or an education that will allow you to fulfil the requirements listed above.

Salary and location

- This is a full-time position

- Starting salary will be $85k plus an annual performance bonus and progression opportunities

- Located on Brisbane's inner North side (Nundah), close to transport & shops

- Open only to Australian residents
