About the Role
We are seeking a talented and creative Instructional Designer / Learning & Development Content Developer to join a agile team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will design and develop innovative learning content in close collaboration with subject matter experts. Your work will directly enhance the professional growth and capability of our workforce, delivering engaging, accessible, and high-quality learning experiences.

What You Will Be Doing

- Design & Develop Content: Create a diverse range of flexible learning resources, including instructor-led training, blended learning, and self-paced online modules.
- Leverage Adult Education Principles: Apply contemporary instructional design theories and methodologies to evaluate, refine, and elevate learning materials.
- Multimedia & Technology: Utilise modern tools to build engaging eLearning modules, videos, simulations, and assessments while maintaining strict quality and compliance standards.
- Champion Accessibility: Develop inclusive content that caters to diverse adult learners, accommodating various learning preferences and strict digital accessibility best practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with regional and internal stakeholders, providing expert guidance, managing pilot testing, and gathering feedback for iterative improvement.
- Culture & Innovation: Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, exploring emerging technologies to future-proof our learning solutions.

About You
To thrive in this role, you bring a passion for modern learning technologies and a strong background in educational design.
Essential Requirements:

- Demonstrated experience in instructional design and content creation
- Proven proficiency in Articulate 360




- Expert-level skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel

Highly Regarded:

- Formal education or instructional design qualification
- Experience with Universal Design for Learning (UDL)
- Strong understanding of digital accessibility best practices
- Graphic design skills
