We are currently looking for a motivated and reliable Kitchen Cabinet Assembler to join our manufacturing team.
About the Role
Working in our factory, you will be responsible for assembling custom kitchen cabinets and joinery ready for installation. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with timber products and takes pride in producing quality work.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assembling kitchen cabinets and custom joinery components.
- Reading and interpreting production drawings and job sheets.
- Installing hardware including hinges, drawer runners, lift systems and accessories.
- Safely operating machinery including panel saw, edge bander and CNC (training provided)
- Conducting quality checks to ensure all cabinetry meets our high standards.
- Preparing completed cabinetry for delivery.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area.
- Working collaboratively with the factory team to meet production schedules.
About You
The successful applicant will have:
- Experience assembling cabinetry, furniture or other timber products.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Qualified cabinetmaker preferred but not necessary.
- Forklift license not necessary but an advantage.
- Australian Drivers License preferred.
