A leading aged care provider is embarking on a significant transformation journey and is seeking an experienced Initiative Lead - Transformation to join a newly established Transformation team.

This is a unique opportunity to lead strategic initiatives that improve business performance, optimise systems and processes, and support the organisation's response to ongoing aged care reforms. You'll play a key role in shaping how services are delivered into the future while ensuring initiatives achieve meaningful and measurable outcomes.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Transformation, you will lead multiple interconnected initiatives across people, process and technology.

This role is ideal for someone who can comfortably bridge the gap between business and technology. You'll work closely with operational leaders, vendors, project teams and stakeholders to identify challenges, define solutions and deliver improvements that create real business value.

Current and upcoming initiatives include:

- Process optimisation and service improvement

- Rostering and scheduling transformation

- Care management system enhancement and optimisation

- Billing and operational efficiency improvements

- Technology-enabled change initiatives

- AI and automation opportunities

- Strategic initiatives aligned to aged care reform

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple transformation initiatives.

- Develop business cases, funding proposals and benefits realisation plans.

- Define scope, schedules, governance and resource requirements.

- Drive stakeholder engagement and build organisational buy-in.

- Facilitate workshops and support decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups.

- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, systems and workforce efficiency.

- Manage project risks, issues,



dependencies and reporting requirements.

- Partner with external vendors and internal subject matter experts.

- Ensure initiatives deliver sustainable outcomes and measurable benefits.

What You'll Bring

- 5-10+ years' experience delivering transformation, business improvement or project initiatives.

- Strong experience developing business cases and benefits realisation frameworks.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams concurrently.

- Experience delivering both business and technology-enabled change.

- Robust stakeholder engagement, influencing and facilitation skills.

- Ability to navigate complexity and deliver outcomes in evolving environments.

- A pragmatic, resilient and solutions-focused approach.

- Strong planning, governance and delivery capability.

Highly Regarded

- Experience within aged care.

- Experience within healthcare, hospitals, NFP or other highly regulated environments.

- Exposure to rostering, scheduling, workforce management, billing or service delivery systems.

- Experience with AlayaCare or similar platforms.

- PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile or similar project delivery qualifications.
