Key Responsibilities

- Perform maintenance, testing, auditing, installation and commissioning activities on electrical equipment
- Conduct inspections and compliance testing in accordance with relevant industry standards
- Support longwall relocations, conveyor systems and specialised underground mining equipment
- Complete fault finding, diagnostics and repairs on electrical infrastructure and equipment
- Prepare detailed service reports, test results and job documentation
- Identify customer requirements and provide recommendations for products and services
- Collaborate with customers,



engineering teams and workshop personnel to deliver effective solutions
- Promote and maintain safe work practices across all tasks and environments
- Participate in emergency response and call-out support when required

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Electrical Trade Qualification (Cert III in Electrotechnology)
- Current Electrical Licence
- Current Driver Licence
- High Voltage Switching experience or qualifications
- Robust commitment to workplace safety and compliance
- Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Well-developed fault finding and problem-solving skills

Highly Regarded

- Underground mining experience
- Longwall system experience
- Experience with relay, circuit breaker and transformer testing
- Working at Heights certification
- Forklift, EWP or MR Truck Licence
- AS/NZS 3800 and AS 2290 knowledge and experience
