- Dealership Experience Required: Previous experience in vehicle sales, especially with used vehicles, is essential. We’re looking for individuals who have a proven history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Proven Sales Success: You should be able to demonstrate a consistent track record of exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Online & Phone Sales:



Respond to customer inquiries and manage online leads efficiently. Use your excellent phone skills to convert online or phone-based inquiries into successful sales.

- Sell & Manage Inventory: Work with our diverse stock of used vehicles to meet customer needs and deliver excellent service from initial inquiry through to final delivery.

- Negotiate Pricing & Offers: Utilize your negotiation skills to offer competitive pricing, trade-in evaluations, and financing options.

- Provide Outstanding Customer Service: Ensure that every customer’s needs are met, and work to create long-term relationships for repeat business.

- Stay Current on Product Knowledge: Keep up with trends, new arrivals, and market conditions to be an expert in your field.

- Collaborate with Finance Team: Work alongside the finance department to help customers find suitable financing options and close deals smoothly.
