National Security & Facility Management Pty Ltd is seeking experienced and dedicated Security Officers to join our team in and around Blacktown, NSW. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises and personnel. This full-time role is an integral part of our operations, contributing to the overall success of the organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Conducting regular patrols of the assigned premises to monitor for any suspicious activity or potential security breaches
- Responding promptly and appropriately to any security incidents or alarms, following established protocols
- Maintaining detailed records of all security-related activities and incidents
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors, while enforcing security policies and procedures
- Collaborating with the wider security team to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to security management
- Adhering to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a security officer or in a related field, preferably within the Trades & Services industry
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
- A valid Security Industry licence
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays
- A commitment to providing exceptional service and maintaining high standards of security
- Applicant must have full time work rights to work in Australia
