About the Role

As a Junior Labourer, you will assist our experienced crews in the installation and maintenance of roadside infrastructure, underground electrical conduits, pits, street lighting, and power reticulation systems. No extensive experience is required, as training will be provided to candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

Duties Include

- Assisting with excavation, trenching, and backfilling works
- Supporting crews with conduit installation and pit construction
- Loading, unloading, and handling construction materials
- Operating hand and power tools safely
- Assisting with traffic management and site setup activities




- Spotting for machinery and maintaining exclusion zones
- General labouring and housekeeping duties on site
- Following supervisor instructions and company safety procedures
- Contributing to a positive and productive team environment

What We're Looking For

- Robust work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and reliable attendance record
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Construction White Card (mandatory)
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
- Ability to work safely and follow instructions
- Previous labouring, construction, landscaping, or trade assistant experience is advantageous but not essential
- MR Licence, Traffic Control tickets, Plant Operator tickets, or other construction-related qualifications will be highly regarded
