We are seeking an experienced Insurance Program Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale technology program within a complex insurance setting. This role will be responsible for driving program outcomes, managing senior stakeholders, overseeing governance, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end program delivery across technology and business streams.

- Manage program governance, reporting, risks, issues, and dependencies.

- Engage with senior business and technology stakeholders to drive outcomes.

- Oversee program budgets, timelines, and resource planning.

- Coordinate vendors, delivery partners, and cross-functional teams.

- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.

- Drive change, adoption,



and successful implementation of program initiatives.

About You

- Proven experience managing large-scale technology programs within the Insurance sector.

- Strong understanding of insurance operations, systems, and regulatory environments.

- Demonstrated success delivering complex transformation and technology initiatives.

- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

- Experience managing multiple workstreams, vendors, and delivery teams.

- Strong risk, governance, and financial management capabilities.

- Relevant project or program management certifications highly regarded (PMP, Prince2, MSP, Agile)
