What’s the role?

Based in Brisbane / Mian-jin, Turrbal and Jagera Country, you'll join Westpac's specialised Professionals, Franchising and Hospitality team within Commercial Banking.

These industries are some of Australia's most resilient and dynamic sectors, made up of businesses that continue to adapt, grow and innovate in an ever-changing environment. As a Relationship Manager, you'll work closely with clients across these industries, building trusted relationships and helping them navigate opportunities, challenges and growth ambitions.

You'll manage an established portfolio while identifying opportunities to bring new customers to Westpac. Supported by dedicated industry specialists and colleagues across Commercial, Institutional and Private Banking, you'll deliver tailored banking solutions that reflect the unique needs of each business.

It's a role that combines relationship building, commercial acumen and industry expertise. You'll become a trusted partner to your customers, connecting them to the insights, networks and financial solutions that help them thrive today and into the future.

What do I need?

- Solid commercial lending experience and sound credit analysis capability
- Experience assessing financial statements, cashflow performance and business lending opportunities
- Proven ability to structure lending solutions for complex customer needs
- A track record of building trusted relationships and winning new business




- Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach to delivering customer outcomes
