Join the team at Tradecorp International, a leader provider in the shipping container industry across Australia. We are seeking an organised and proactive Transport Coordinator to assist with the coordination of container dehires and various transport movements throughout the country.

Position Overview:

The Transport Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the collection and return of shipping containers from customer locations to nominated depots. This role involves liaising with customers, transport providers, depots and internal teams to ensure container movements are completed efficiently, accurately and within required time frames.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and process customer requests to dehire shipping containers
- Locate suitable transport providers for container collections across Australia
- Liaise with customers, transport providers and depots regarding collection requirements and timeframes
- Monitor scheduled collections and follow up on any delays or issues




- Provide general administrative support to the operations team as required

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience in transport coordination, logistics, freight or administration is highly regarded
- Robust organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of the shipping container or transport industry would be advantageous
