We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Retail Assistant to join our Lifeline team at Keperra. You’ll help maintain a welcoming shop experience, manage stock, and provide excellent customer service to support our suicide prevention and community initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Ensure product merchandising and store presentation meet high standards.
- Complete inventory management and stocktaking.
- Assist customers with enquiries and sales.
Qualifications
- Passion for retail and a genuine desire to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Passion for the local community and building relationships.
- Ability to recognise potential and promote store growth.
- Self‑motivated, initiative‑driven, positive attitude and good personal presentation.
- First‑class customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently or within a team.
- Availability to work weekends.
