- Deliver trauma-informed, recovery-oriented case management to clients with complex needs.
- Lead the management of high-risk and complex cases while mentoring fellow practitioners.
- Develop collaborative recovery plans through assessment, advocacy and coordinated service delivery.

- Contribute to continuous improvement and best-practice service delivery.

You Will Also Need

- University qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Welfare or Community Services.
- Minimum three years' experience in family and domestic violence recovery case management.
- Experience managing complex cases involving trauma, mental health and intersecting vulnerabilities.
- Current NSW Driver Licence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ideally, You Will Also Have

- AASW social work accreditation




- Leadership and mentoring experience.
- Knowledge of OOHC legislation and child protection practices.
- Experience in trauma-informed and recovery-oriented practice.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Confidence managing high-risk situations.
