- The Development Program at Mainfreight is a 3 year self driven program with no rotations or fixed streams.
- Unlike other Graduate programs, you don’t need to re-apply for a position at the end of your program – it is a full time permanent position.
- The program has a rolling intake and recruits future leaders continuously.
- Graduates from all university disciplines are eligible.
- For your first year, graduates learn the fundamentals of the business, adapt to Mainfreight’s culture, and gain hands-on experience.

To be eligible to apply, you must:
- Be in your last semester of study or have graduated in the last 2 years with, at minimum, a 3-year Bachelor's degree
