About the Role

Casual positions only – We are looking for casual nurses to provide compassionate care and leadership within our aged‑care homes. Your primary focus will be to make residents feel comfortable and supported while ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and safety.

Responsibilities

- Attend to residents’ medical needs.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Lead and mentor staff, fostering their qualified growth.
- Serve as a health‑and‑safety role model.
- Carry out duties with pride, maintaining the highest standards of work.

Requirements

- Real desire to make a difference in people’s lives.
- Leadership experience in clinical care.
- Nursing degree and current AHPRA registration.
- Solid documentation skills and knowledge of AN‑ACC.
- Successful completion of required background checks.
- Evidence of a current influenza vaccination during influenza season.
