Trade Counter Assistant (TH) - Canning Vale. We are Australia's leading supplier of plumbing and bathroom products with over 9,000 people located across 800 branches globally. For over 100 years, we’ve supported the trade with specialist irrigation supplies and services for large commercial spaces, sporting fields, residential backyards, and everything in between.

About this Unique role

As part of the Branch Staff team at Plumbing Canning Vale, you’ll help landscapers, irrigation specialists and other tradespeople access the products they need to take care of their outdoor spaces, as well as undertaking other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly. This role offers a genuine pathway into future leadership opportunities across our network.

Your day-to-day

- Providing customer service and information about products
- Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
- Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
- Maintaining a safe, organised, and welcoming branch environment
- Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
- Continue upskilling with tailored on the job training initiatives
- Learning the operational and commercial skills that form the foundation of future leadership roles

- Has previous experience in retail sales or leadership and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
- Is tech-savvy and happy to learn current systems
- Has a clean, valid driver’s licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends
