State Government of Victoria, Australia is seeking a dedicated Aboriginal Intensive Support Practitioner to provide culturally secure, intensive case management to Aboriginal young people involved in the youth justice system.

This is a dynamic, people‑centred role based in Melbourne's southern suburbs with two ongoing full‑time positions in Dandenong and Frankston. You will work alongside families, Elders and local services to support diversion, rehabilitation and reintegration into community.
