Bendigo Bank
Adelaide
It starts here. With Bendigo Bank… and you.
We’ve never been ‘just a bank’. Just like you should never be ‘just an employee’. We’re united in our belief that in banking, better can be bigger, and together we’re making it happen.
Build a career with purpose.
Graduating is just the beginning. Where you choose to start your career can shape where it takes you next.
Our 12‑month graduate program is designed to help you build confidence, develop your skills, and make a meaningful contribution from day one. You'll gain hands‑on experience working on real initiatives that help deliver better outcomes for our customers, communities, and people, while being supported by leaders who are genuinely invested in your growth.
Because we're a connected organisation, you'll have opportunities to work alongside leaders from across the business, gaining exposure to different perspectives and seeing the impact of your work firsthand.
About the Business & Agribusiness team
As a Business Banking graduate, you will join our broader Business & Agribusiness division to learn how we help shape Australia's local business landscape. In this stream, you won't just learn about banking - you'll learn how to become a trusted strategic partner for a diverse portfolio of small and medium‑sized businesses.
By rotating through different teams and areas, you will see firsthand how our expert bankers build their networks, analyse complex financial needs, and structure innovative, holistic solutions for their clients. You will develop the strong commercial acumen and financial analysis skills needed for a successful career in business banking; all while being supported by passionate professionals who are committed to helping you succeed.
This is your opportunity to build the foundations for a future where you can drive growth and champion the prosperity of local businesses.
What your year will look like
- Start with security: Join us as a permanent, full‑time employee from day one, giving you the confidence to focus on learning before transitioning into your guaranteed landing role in Business Banking at the end of the program.
- Experience a tailored rotational program: Explore different areas within the division and undertake a specialist rotation of your choice from a curated list.
- Receive dedicated support: Start with a dedicated rotation leader and buddy in every placement to guide your day‑to‑day, plus ongoing mentorship and guidance from an Early Career Lead who you will report to throughout the entire program.
- Make a real impact: Work on meaningful initiatives that create positive outcomes. We value fresh thinking and feedback, and you'll be trusted to contribute your ideas from day one to help evolve both our business and our graduate program.
- Build your network: Grow alongside a cohort of graduates while building genuine relationships with leaders and stakeholders from across the organisation.
