Permanent Full‑time position. Salary range: $76,000 – $80,000 (above average).

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee reception and housekeeping services, garden, maintenance, and security arrangements.
- Plan bar, restaurant, function, and conference activities, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage staff and contractors.
- Provide guests with local tourism information.
- Assess and review customer satisfaction forms and feedback.
- Speak to patrons to resolve problems or complaints.
- Oversee accounting and purchasing activities.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Motel Manager.
- Ability to manage a 3‑bedroom onsite residence.
- Work authorisation: Australian resident or visa holder (Australia required).
- Visa sponsorship to be considered if applicable.
