Job Overview

We are looking for Sales Travel Consultants across Ipswich & Surrounds who are keen to dazzle, discover, and delight our customers at the following Flight Centre stores:

- Ipswich
- Redbank Plains

What you’ll be doing

- Work full‑time on‑site in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across a 7‑day trading week.
- Plan itineraries, book travel and convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone and via email.
- Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets, selling the whole holiday package including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers and more.
- Build a customer base of new and returning customers from domestic bookings to international holidays.
- Assist customers with travel related questions such as visas, travel timing, packing, accommodation, and more.
- Earn a base wage plus an uncapped incentive payment structure.

- Outstanding organisational skills,



the ability to manage a calendar and respond promptly to calls and emails.
- A genuine passion for travel and a desire to open up the world to our customers.
- Determination to meet sales targets and KPIs in a high‑pressure environment.
- Enthusiasm, passion and warmth that encourages customers to book every time.
- Computer savviness, able to toggle between multiple systems to find the best options.
