HR Business Partner – Current South Wales/ACT - ( GS )
12-month Fixed Term Contract, up to $135,000 TRP package
About The Role
This is a client‑focused HR Business Partnering role where providing advice and supporting business teams is crucial. Working as part of a national team and supporting more than 500 employees, there are a host of responsibilities which make the position both challenging and rewarding. Your focus will include manager coaching and support, undertaking focused employee engagement activities, managing employee relations matters, supporting learning and development initiatives, and performance management. This position supports our global and regional Human Resource strategies and plays an important part in projects that keep Stantec’s workforce engaged and focused on our clients.
About You
You should have a tertiary qualification in HR or a related field and at least 5 years of HR experience. You are a strong relationship builder, capable of engaging managers and employees to influence key business outcomes. With commercial awareness, sharp client‑focus, and the ability to multi‑task and work autonomously you will maintain excellent relationships across our APAC offices. Your organisational skills enable you to prioritise and manage your workload based on business needs.
