About the Role

This position within Lynx Integrated Systems will require you to be responsible for the successful deployment of BAS/EMS projects and the ongoing maintenance of existing sites. With a focus on high‑quality delivery, your role will consist of hands‑on delivery, training, and support.

You will be an expert in technology and possess extensive technical knowledge, allowing you to balance multiple tasks effectively.

Key Components / Attributes for the Role

- History of delivering BAS solutions
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Excellent knowledge of BAS, protocols and application knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of Controls, Lighting, Metering, EMS and operations
- Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP networks




- Implement solutions to satisfy customer requirements / scope of works
- Ability to work to company procedures
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Willingness to adopt new products and practices
- Build robust client relationships based on trust and respect

Key Responsibilities

- Commission and configure building automation & energy management systems
- Diagnose and resolve system faults
- Program and modify control systems
- Perform system testing and client demonstrations
- Provide technical support and service to existing clients
- Complete commissioning documentation and reports
- Work closely with project managers, electricians and other trades
- Deliver projects to a high technical and professional standard

You also must be willing to undergo a police and/or ASIC check, available to work some overtime and have a strong commitment to safe work practices.
