They are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to take ownership of end-to-end payroll processing within a supportive, collaborative team known for its strong culture and long staff tenure.

Job Description

- End-to-end payroll processing
- Payroll compliance, reconciliations and reporting
- Interpretation of payroll legislation and employment conditions
- Managing employee payroll queries
- Stakeholder engagement across multiple business units
- Supporting payroll process improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

- Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll processing
- Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, taxation and superannuation requirements
- Experience interpreting awards, agreements or complex pay conditions




- An understanding of Payday Super requirements and payroll compliance obligations
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
- Experience working within a multi-site or complex workforce environment would be highly regarded
