Volume Recruiter – 6‑month secondment contract

Location: St Leonards (hybrid working opportunities). Immediate start. Full‑time.

Key responsibilities:

- Resume screening and shortlist management
- Conduct phone interviews and candidate assessments
- Complete background and compliance checks
- Extend offers and manage contract administration
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers

About you:

- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in volume or temporary recruitment
- Comfortable managing high‑volume workloads in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Working Holiday Visa holders are encouraged to apply, provided you can commit to the full 6‑month contract

Talent Acquisition Advisor – Parental leave contract until December2027

Joining our Dementia Support Australia portfolio to recruit primarily Dementia Support Coaches and Consultants.

Key responsibilities:

- Resume screening and shortlist management
- Conduct phone interviews and candidate assessments
- Complete background and compliance checks
- Extend offers and manage contract administrationBuild strong relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers

About you:

- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders




- Strong end‑to‑end recruitment capability and proactive approach
- Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience

Resourcer – Part‑time (2 days per week)

Duration: 6–8 months (TBC – November start).

Role: Support Talent Acquisition Advisors on a Dementia Support Australia project.

Key responsibilities:

- Review and screen applications
- Conduct candidate phone interviews
- Provide recruitment support across the project

About you:

- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience
- Strong candidate assessment and screening skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Passion for delivering a positive candidate experience
