Skills and experience

- L1-L2 Desktop Support Engineer experience
- Experience in IT Support
- Experience in workstation staging, imaging, deployment, and configuration.
- Experience troubleshooting local hardware and network patch issues.
- Experience in Microsoft environments.
- Experience in Aruba network environments, local troubleshooting & patching
- Experience in Salesforce platforms
- IT Project Management- Project Co-ordination support experience
