The Opportunity

We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our RydalmereManufacturing Facility and drive continuous improvement, leanmanufacturing and operational excellence across our operations.

Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, you will measure,track and optimise manufacturing processes indicators, leadimprovement initiatives, solve complex production challenges anddeliver capital projects that improve safety, quality, productivityand cost performance.

This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who enjoys problemsolving, stakeholder engagement and making a visible impact in ahigh-volume manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead process improvement and productivity initiatives.
- Analyse production data and identify improvementopportunities.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing tools, including RCA,



PFMEA andValue Stream Mapping.
- Support manufacturing, maintenance, quality and safetyimprovements.
- Deliver engineering and capital projects from conceptthrough to implementation.
- Support New Product Development and Design for Manufactureactivities.
- Develop and maintain process documentation andstandards.
- Collaborate across Production, Quality, Maintenance, WHSand R&D; teams.

About You

You are a proactive and solutions-focused engineer withexperience in manufacturing, production or industrialoperations.

You will bring:

- Engineering qualification or equivalent manufacturingexperience.
- Experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing orSix Sigma environments.
- Strong problem-solving and Root Cause Analysis skills.
- Experience delivering process improvement or capitalprojects.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and project managementcapability.
- Commitment to safety, quality and operationalperformance.

Advantageous Experience

- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or Continuous Improvementcertification.
- Experience with automation, NPD or manufacturing technologyimplementation.
- Exposure to contractor management and capitalprojects.
- Experience in fabrication, welding or sheet metalmanufacturing.
