Are you looking for your next career opportunity? We are seeking a Parts Interpreter to join the team of one of our Heavy Vehicle Distribution clients based in Wacol, QLD!
- Provide customer service support to dealers/branches for technical inquiries on engine, transmission, and chassis parts.
- Collaborate with OEM partners to resolve unresolved technical queries.
- Work with internal departments on vendor availability, recent part numbers, and tracking orders.
- Coordinate with PDC staff on order amendments, shipment timelines, and report issues or concerns.
- Implement standardised answers for FAQs and utilize the CRM database.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure ongoing business and the use of genuine parts.
Requirements:
- Parts Interpreter experience within similar industry.
- Knowledge of heavy-duty truck, heavy-duty engine, parts and machinery.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Attention to detail with the ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and ability to work with computer operating systems (IDS, ERA and CRM)
- Full Australian working rights
